E-mails sent by our servers can sometimes be plugged in Spam or junk e-mail. First of all, do not forget to check the spam or junk e-mail folders of the institution where you receive the e-mail service.
Automatic e-mails sent for activation, password change and other actions may sometimes come a little too late due to the density of our e-mail servers. This takes no more than 15 minutes. If you have not received the required e-mail within 15 minutes, contact Live Support.
